Express Courier --- Door to Door

For samples or small orders, we adopt air express courier.

The choice of courier varies according to different country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, UPS and FedEx. China EMS is also available for certain countries.

Delivery time is usually around 3- 5 days by DHL, UPS, FedEx, and 5-10days by EMS, depending on the country.

Air Shipment --- Door to airport

For medium orders, we adopt bulk air shipment. You can use this way if you have your own forwarder to help you collect the goods at your local airport. The price of air shipment is much better than express delivery.

Delivery time is usually around 2- 3 days to your local airport.

Sea Freight --- Warehouse to Customs of your country

For very large orders, we adopt sea freight.

This is the cheapest way, 5 – 50USD/cubic meter.

Sea freight takes a little longer time, usually 15 -30 days to your Customs. If you don't have large order, for example more than 3 cubic meters, it is better not to try sea freight.

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Mnstar will assist as much as possible.
