Bank Transfer fees

Is paying by bank transfer free of additional fees?
Mnstar won't charge you any extra fees for paying by bank transfer. However, banks usually charge something for bank-to-bank transfers.
You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent out of your account to Mnstar's bank account.
Any such fee is your responsibility, so please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a Mnstar order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $550. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $450 and we won't be able to send your full order.
Mnstar pays for any bank currency conversion fees. You can submit bank transfer payments in USD and EURO.

Western Union/Paypal fees

Mnstar won't charge you any extra fees for paying by Western Union.

Paypal charges 3.9% plus to receive the money and 3% to exchange it to HKD or RMB. Bank transfer often charges 15-50 $ and 1% to exchange it to RMB. Our quotation doesn't include Paypal fees, if you want to pay by Paypal, you have to mark up 6.5%.
